Privacy policy
GTS Academics is built to collect as little personal information as possible. This page explains what we collect, the services that process data for us, and your choices.
What we collect
- Without an account: nothing that identifies you personally. Practice history is stored locally on your device.
- With a free account: your email address (for sign-in) and your practice results, so progress can sync across devices.
- Contact form: the name, email, and message you send us.
- Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used, such as pages visited and general device and location data. This is aggregate usage data, not something we tie to your child's identity.
Payments
If you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by our payment provider, Polar. Your card details are entered with Polar and are never seen or stored by GTS Academics. We keep a record that your account is Pro and when access expires.
What we don't do
- No advertising and no ad-targeting trackers.
- We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Services that process data for us
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments: Cloudflare (hosting, database, authentication), Google Analytics (usage measurement), and Polar (payments). We don't use your data for any purpose beyond running and improving GTS Academics.
Children's privacy
This service is designed for students preparing for high school entrance exams, typically ages 12 to 14. No account is required to practice. If your child is under 13, a parent or guardian should create and manage the account. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from a child than is needed to sign in and save practice results, and a parent may contact us at any time to review or delete their child's data.
Your choices
- Use the entire practice platform without an account.
- Request deletion of your account and synced data via the contact form; completed within 30 days.
