Terms of service
These terms cover your use of GTS Academics (the "service"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using the service
GTS Academics provides HSPT practice tests and study guides for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or content, and not to misuse or disrupt the service. A free account is for a single student's use.
Pro upgrade and payment
- One-time purchase, not a subscription. Pro is a single payment that unlocks Pro features for 12 months. It does not auto-renew, and no card is charged again automatically. When the 12 months end, the account returns to the free plan unless you choose to buy again.
- Founding terms. Introductory pricing and the founding AI allowance may change for new members over time. Your access for the period you paid for is not affected by later changes.
- Payment processing. Payments are handled by Polar, who acts as our merchant of record. Their terms also apply to the transaction.
Refunds
If something goes wrong with your purchase or you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of buying Pro through the contact form and we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a refund. Refunds are handled through Polar.
No guarantee of results
GTS Academics is a study resource. We do not guarantee any particular HSPT score, admission, or scholarship outcome. Practice materials are based on the published HSPT format but are not the actual exam.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via the contact form. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Independence and trademarks
GTS Academics is an independent company and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Scholastic Testing Service, Inc. HSPT® is a registered trademark of Scholastic Testing Service, Inc. Other product names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
